The BEST Beef Eggrolls

Ingredients:

-1 Egg

-1/2 head of finely chopped Cabbage

-1 1/2 cup of minced Carrots

-2 minced green bell peppers

-1 minced white onion

-1 1/2 pounds of hamburger meat

-3 tablespoons of Garlic powder

-2 1/2 tablespoons of black pepper

-3 tablespoons of Lawrys Seasoning salt

-20 to 30 Lumpia wrapers

-Canola oil


*Tip: Make sure you pat dry your veggies to get rid of moisture. This will help prevent your Lumpia wraps from ripping.*


Instructions:

1) In a medium pan add beef and garlic powder, cook until browned. In a very large bowl add cabbage, carrots, green bell peppers, onion, and beef. Stir until mixed evenly. Add black pepper and seasoning salt to mixture.

2)Take 1 Lumpia wrapper and lay to where it looks like a diamond. Take anywhere between 1 1/2 tablespoons to 3 tablespoons of veggie and beef mixture and add to center of wrapper. (The amount is up to you but be sure that it wont be too much that you wont be about to wrap it up) Once desired amount is put on wrapper, fold bottom corner of wrapper up and over the mixture. Then fold in the sides to the middle. Then with your finger get a good amount of scrambled egg and wipe along the edge of the remaining flap (this will act as an adhesive to keep the eggroll held together) and fold it down. Repeat these steps until there is no more mixture.

3)Fry up eggrolls on medium heat in your oil until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
