Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 14.75 ounce can of Pink salmon
- 1/2 white onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
Directions:
1) In a medium pan, fill with canola oil and heat on medium-high.
2) In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. CHECK FOR BONES IN THE SALMON BEFORE YOU MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. Shape into patties and fry on each side for 5 minutes. Place on paper towel to soak up extra grease. Then serve and enjoy!
