Monkey Bread

Ingredients:

- 24 ounces of buttermilk biscuits

- 1 cup of sugar

- 2 tsp of cinnamon

- 1 cup of butter

- 1/2 cup of brown sugar


Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease Bundt pan with butter.


2) Cut each biscuit into four equal bite-sized pieces.


3) Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl or plastic bag. Roll the pieces of dough in the cinnamon sugar mixture and gently arrange them into the prepared Bundt pan.


4) In a small sauce pan, combine 1/2 cup of the remaining cinnamon sugar with the butter and brown sugar and mix together on medium high heat. Bring mixture to a boil and immediately take off heat. Carefully drizzle the mixture over the rolled dough in the Bundt pan.


5) Bake in the center of preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow pan to rest for 5 minutes and then cover with a large plate and invert. Enjoy.
